LED bulkhead lights are a simple and easy way to provide energy efficient LED lighting, in corridors, stairways, and bathrooms, in commercial buildings such as schools, colleges, hotels, offices, hospitals, and any other building that requires energy efficient LED lighting, from the form of LED bulkheads.
LED bulkheads are a good choice of LED light fittings, as they can be used to replace the old fashioned 2D bulkhead light fittings, which used either a 16W, 28W, or 38W 2D shaped halogen lamp, which would have cost a lot more to run, than the newer LED bulkhead equivalents.
LED bulkheads are also a good choice for providing LED lighting, in the above mentioned applications, as they can be used as either a wall mounted fitting, or a ceiling mounted fitting, giving you two options when it comes to where you would like to fit these LED bulkhead lights.
New to our range of LED bulkheads, is the New Slimline Mini Wilson LED bulkhead light, which lets you decide what wattage output that you would like from these LED bulkheads, as you have the choice of four different wattages, to suit your application.
You have the choice of either 8W, 12W, 16W, or 19W, all from the one fitting, without having to buy a different wattage fitting. This one fitting, will simply provide all these four wattages, depending on what you decide to select.
If you require any of these LED bulkheads to be an emergency version; then again, there is no need to have to buy a separate emergency light fitting, as all you need to do, is to purchase a separate plug and play self test emergency kit, for these lights, which will provide up to 3 hours emergency LED lighting, in the event of power failure, due to a power cut, or other power failure cause.
For corridor areas, and to help reduce running costs, especially when corridors are empty, and having LED lights on 24/7, isn’t practical in terms of running costs; you may decide that having a microwave sensor incorporated into a fitting, would make more sense. In this scenario, there is a plug and play microwave sensor, with corridor function, that can also be purchased as an additional extra, for these LED bulkhead lights.
